Sweetest cat that hugs you
Fresca is the best cat. I have never met a cat like him. He hugs everyone he meets and loves to snuggle. Friends who don’t normally like cats always grow fond of Fresca.
Even though he is (we think) 11 years old, he is very playful and full of energy. Loves the laser, food puzzles, shoe strings, cat towers, you name it… and Fresca loves the outdoors.
Unfortunately we can’t give that too him. We live in a2 bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Asheville & It’s just too dangerous to let him out. We’ve tried walking him on a leash but it seems to hold him back even more. Since we can’t give him this basic need, he is very food motivated, acts out in scratching furniture, and meows all day for attention. He’s just bored.
I really have tried everything i can think of besides getting a friend, which risks making things worse.
I would love to find him an owner that loves cats and that’ll be able to provide him the opportunity to play and exert energy outside.
We adopted him 2 years ago from a cat cafe, his previous owner passed away and he lived with another cat while with that owner. He has some missing teeth and some issues with plaque build up.
I will miss his little personality and spooning him in the AM. But I really want what is best for him.View Detail
