This is bob Ross yes the painter, he’s had his shot and papers. Not even a year old yet still a puppy. I can’t give him the time or attention he needs looking for owner or owners who has the time and patience to take care of him. He loves pine cones! He has anxiety Around other animals and big crowds of people. He’s definitely a meme dog with his sassy looks he gives. Loves to be carried. Very calm and quiet for a small dog he’s quit even compared to a big dog. When I take him outside he tends listen when I called the name he comes. Kevin is the runt of the litter.
