I am trying to rehome these kittens to really good homes. Because I care about them very much.
Each of these rabbits will come with:
Some of the current food they have been eating (Alfalfa hay and Alfalfa pellets).
A toy ball treat dispenser, as a way to give them treats or pellets.
Their own little blanket for the comfort of something familiar.
A homemade care book for young and adult rabbits, including how I have been caring for them.
And at your request, I can send you baby pictures that I have of them.
If I accept your adoption request, the idea is to meet up in a public place somewhere to give you the rabbit(s) along with what I said I would give. Please bring a carrier with hay and water.
The white lionhead female rabbit has a beautiful coat that needs regular brushing to keep away matted fur. She currently fears humans and will usually stomp her foot when scared away. She needs more handling and someone to grow and bond with. She does enjoy being pet once she realizes you are safe. She is friendly as can be for a rabbit her age and lack of handling. She gets along well with her sister Poppy.
The orange(chocolate fox) lionhead female rabbit has a beautiful coat that needs regular brushing to keep away matted fur. She currently fears humans and will usually stomp her foot when scared away. She needs more handling and someone to grow and bond with. She does enjoy being pet once she realizes you are safe. She is friendly as can be for a rabbit her age and lack of handling. She gets along well with her sister Primrose.
(I do not recommend breeding these rabbits since they are already a mixed breed.
Spaying is good to do as soon as the female rabbit is old enough, so that it prevents future cancer and suppresses unwanted aggression or behaviors or pregnancies... I paid a bit over $200 for a Neuter. The cost differs from vet to vet.)

My husband and I take a lot of pride in raising Lionhead rabbits. We have been doing this as a hobby for 8 years. They are our pets. We are not breeders. To be very honest my son unintentionally let our adult buck into the cage with three does. This was a mistake and had never happened before. We now have all of our adults spayed and neutered. We have 18 babies currently and keeping them all would be too much of an undertaking for us. Although I would Love to! We will only allow these babies to go to good homes. Rabbits can be a lot of work. Their cages need cleaned everyday, varied enrichment, quality food and lots of quality time and love from their humans. We have the parents here at our home because as I said these are our pets. If you would like pictures of the parent rabbits just let me know. I’d be happy to share.
