We are a family oriented breeder, not some puppy mill! We are a dedicated Basenji lovers, the parents and pups live inside the home until the puppies go their forever home. We are fairly new at this with this being our second litter, but we are loving every moment of this!
As a potential buyer we want to let you know the puppies are raised in a loving, safe and healthy environment. Basenjis are small and graceful breed they stand about 16 or 17 inches at the shoulder. They are recognizable by their shinny short coat, tightly curled tail, and wrinkled forehead. They convey a variety of subtle, human like emotions. Basenjis have an impressive fast trot and long smooth strides running. Yes, it's true, they don't bark, but they make their feelings known with an odd sound described as something between a chortle and a yodel. Basenjis are fastidious and will groom themselves like cats. They are generally great pets for people with allergies and they are very good with kids.View Detail
