Staffordshire terriers are known as nanny dogs which are very good with children the mom is a hunting dog 40 to 45 lb Cur. Smaller than her cousin the Mountain Cur is about an 80 lb.
Staffies are very good guard dogs and a Cur is a very good watchdog.
