He is extremely dog like and doesn't mind water, he fetches, friendly with nice dogs, loves everyone, lays with you when you are sad (he literally just knows), begs to be held, super affectionate, and talks to you. He is special needs, he had a urinary blockage surgery and he must have his prescribed cat food for life. Never anything but that.
