Words cannot begin to describe how wonderful this 9-month-old cat is. I have had cats for 60 years and I never had a nicer one. She loves to be near me or on me wherever I am in the house. If I am on the other side of a door, she waits outside. She greets me at the door when I come home. She is the first cat I have had that loves to have her belly rubbed. She will climb on my chest to my shoulder, and then roll over on her back for her belly rub and fall asleep purring. And she LOVES to play all kinds of games with toys, the laser, running and chasing each other, etc. As a Siberian, she sheds very, very little. I can brush her for a week and there is just a fluff of hair on the brush. She uses her scratching posts, and is not destructive. I love this cat to Mars and back. So why am I seeking to rehome her? My 18-year-old daughter who has wanted a pet for many years, is, as we knew, allergic to cats, so we decided to make the large investment in a hypoallergenic breed, in this case, a Siberian. While she had more reaction than expected when we first got Mokja in July, it has gotten significantly worse to where when she came home for her Christmas break, she was completely miserable. So as much as I love this cat, I love my daughter infinitely more, and can't, of course, have a house that she can't come home to. She loves the cat, as does her brother, and none of us want to see her go, but we sadly have no choice. I am a single parent, and I don't want to think what it will be like without her, but I want to find a good home where she will be a blessing for many years to come. Mokja has had all her required shots and has a microship. Her pedigree is registered with TICA. All paperwork will be provided. Also, price includes hundreds of dollars worth of equipment: Mau Uni tree, scratching post, Cat Cave, carrier, countless toys, water fountain, feed bowls, litter box, litter, food, and grooming equipment. Local pickup only.
