Hi this is Kim from xxxx. We are hobby breeders and none of our dogs are ever caged or without constant care. Please be careful as there is no such thing as a “cheap” healthy purebred dog. Costs run very low out there and I can assure you that this is the difference between a quality breeder and the alternative situation which we are NOT. Mama and babies are NEVER caged. Beware of people not allowing you in their homes. Please don’t let someone ship you a dog. It’s ok to not buy one of our dogs - but make certain you know everything about the parents and previous litters. References are available for our other litters. We offer full transparency. We have a litter that is 8 weeks old. They can go home at 11 weeks. Possibly earlier if we feel the pup is ready. ShihTzu’s need a little extra time w mama compared to other breeds. I keep them in the room next to mine and they have playtime and training and lots of love. They are never alone for more than two hours. We have three for sale at present.
