Raphael is very energetic and LOVES to play fetch. I purchased him as a puppy while staying with my dad but since then I have moved into a neighborhood that doesn’t have a fence and will not allow him inside. I work and go to school and just don’t have all the time for the attention he deserves. He is an amazing dog, I just can’t give him the attention he needs and that isn’t fair to him.
