Hi, my name is Charlie! I'm an sweet, senior gentleman with a young spirit! I was scooped up wandering around Miami just doing what I do best: exploring! My foster mom calls me her baby seal pup because my white face, whiskers and big black eyes make me look just like a baby harp seal. I really am just as sweet too! The vet thinks I am around 15 years young but in overall great health. I need daily eye drops to help my vision but even with limited sight I get around super easy. I love going on walks, sleeping late and cuddling with my humans. I'm a little bit shy around other animals but super friendly once I have a little sniff time with them. I love exploring the big backyard here but because my vision is a little wonky I'm best supervised outside at night. I'm not at all into barking for attention but do snore (my foster family says its a soothing snore!) and I wear a belly band in the house as I'm still getting to know it and will mark my territory - hopefully this will stop once I'm with my furever family. My favorite activities are sleeping, snuggling with humans and EATING, and I have been known to win a game of chew the toy to mush! Overall, I'm a real mellow dude who's just looking for a good place for my next nap. I'd make a great addition to home a with other pets or I can be your right hand, solo, man!
