He will step up on my finger and will eat out of my hand, but he has never been outside of the cage. He can speak several phrases: “Whatcha doin’?”; “Gimme kiss”; “tweet, tweet”; “good bird”; “peekaboo”; and “scratch, scratch” or “scratch birdie”.
