Hello, I have 2 dogs that i am no longer physically able to care or provide for to the level they require. I am a DAV, and 2 years ago I had a serious injury accident which made caring for them all the more difficult due to the nature and extent of my physical limitations. The dogs. Let's start with Abby. I bought Abby from a homeless lady at a circle K on a cold February morning, I gave the lady $20.00 for her, she was about 4 weeks old, I took her into work, snook actually, wrapped her in my jacket put her in my desk drawer, I bought her home and bottle fed her for the next month. That was 5 years ago. To say that her and I are bonded, close is a understatement! Abby is very sensitive a sturn word is more than enough, she is very intelligent and has about a 25 word vocabulary she understands, and she doesn't have a problem with self expression, she absolutely loves kids and is ok with other dogs but she gets intimated around larger dogs. She is deathly afraid of fireworks, loud bangs, booms, so 4th July, New year's Eve are NOT her best days. She loves car rides, playing fetch with tennis balls, rope tug, tummy rubs and toe tickles, napping on the sofa while watching TV. Sun bathing, ice cubes are one of her favorite treats. Abby is about 80% yellow lab, and I have no idea what her mom backed up to on the other side of the fence. Next dog is Sawyer, aka scooter, beagle all male, he is a body with a nose attached, he is protective of Abby and will get assertive with larger dogs, he is also a cuddler / lover, he enjoys walks, car rides, sun bathing, and chasing birds out of his yard. He also likes to pull a dog blanket over Abby and tussle with her, harmless fun but very entertaining. Scooter is also very sensitive, sometimes demanding. For the most part he is very easy going, and goes with the flow. He is also a chow hound so keeping a close eye on his food intake is a good idea.for weight control. Both dogs are very well behaved, house broken, up to date on shots, chipped, create trained and eager to please. I would rather cut off my right arm than do this but with my physical limitations, being unemployed due to my injury accident, being forced to sell my home the harsh reality is it is time to do what is for the betterment of Abby and scooter. Money is Not my primary concern or focus my primary focus is finding a home that will the love, care, attention, affection these 2 so rightfully deserve. I would ask $200.00 for both considering what I have invested in these guys that's a hellofa bargain. Again money is Not my primary focus, I'm more concerned they go to a loving, caring, home environment. Kind regards
