:A non-refundable deposit of $650, is required to book Koda for stud service and secure the breeding date(s). This deposit confirms your commitment, reserves Koda's availability, and prevents overbooking so he isn't scheduled beyond his capacity for quality breedings. The deposit is applied toward the total stud fee (balance due upon successful mating, collection, or as agreed). Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, change plans, or the breeding doesn't proceed due to reasons on your end (e.g., bitch not in season, owner decision). This protects the stud owner from lost opportunities, time, travel, health testing, and care. In the rare case the breeding cannot occur due to the stud's unavailability or health issues (beyond our control), the deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a future service at your choice. :The stud service fee for Koda $650, with a non-refundable deposit of $100 required upfront to book and reserve breeding dates, preventing overbooking and securing availability. No guarantee of pregnancy, litter size, or live puppies is made—this is payment for the stud service only. The bitch owner is responsible for all health testing, veterinary costs, transportation/shipping (if applicable), and ensuring the bitch is in suitable condition for breeding. We reserve the right to refuse service if health, temperament, or other concerns arise. In the event of no successful mating due to the stud's issues (beyond our control), a free repeat service at the bitch's next cycle may be offered (if available), or the deposit refunded at our discretion; otherwise, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or changes by the bitch owner.
