Great Wolfhound puppies are due November 24, 2022. Will be ready to go the 2nd week of February. The sire is a purebred Great Pyrenees. His owner chose not to register him, the DNA test confirms the breed. The dam is an AKC-registered Irish Wolfhound, from champion bloodlines. PHOTOS: Dam, Sire, puppies from previous litter. Great Wolfhounds . .. are an Irish Wolfhound and Great Pyrenees hybrid. Naturally, these pups will have the best personality and character traits of both parents. Each of these two breeds were, and still are, used as working and hunting dogs, as well as companions. Great Wolfhounds are protective of their family, which makes them great family and guard dogs.
