I am hoping to find a somewhat youngish dog to adopt, preferably around the Northern area of California. My last dog was a Havanese and I have a fondness for this breed...but I am open to small mixes (under 20 lbs). Perhaps a chi-mix or something. But I am on a limited budget! (who isn't, right?)
