This deposit will be applied to the total adoption fee and is used to fund the necessary documents required for the legal change of ownership and bill of sale from my name to yours. While the remaining balance will be due in cash upon delivery immediately the is sent it will take us 25-30 mins to process the required documents and a copy will be forwarded to you for signature.
