Our puppies are very friendly and we have great bloodlines.
We get their last shots at 12 weeks. If you pick the pups up before then you will have to make sure that they get their last puppy shot at 12 weeks. Pups are used to sleeping in a kennel. We use Extreme Dog Fuel dog food I would suggest you get a bag before you get the puppy since you don't want to take the puppy into a pet store untill 2 weeks after their 12 week shots they can still contact parvo at this point.
If you dont like slobber then this isn't the breed for you. The Bloodhound is a scent hound..this means that you need a good tall fence, ours is 6ft. They will catch a scent and be gone so if you have your pup trained you should still keep it on a leash when outside. Bloodhounds are a working breed and need plenty of room for exercise and enrichment activities. They can weigh up to 150lbs and are very strong dogs. They are loving, vocal, loyal companions that are known to counter surf. Please don't get one if you don't plan to spend the time it needs as your best friend.
