His mother, Little Bella, is a blue fawn tri who is only 13" tall, and his sire, Cartoon, a blue tri, is only 12" tall, so he should be small, although he has a very stocky, muscular build. Both are purebred English bulldogs registered through AKC, who are the result of years of breeding smaller bulldogs. Lil' Rascal is a beautiful blue fawn tri color with green eyes. He has begun basic obedience training and will come and sit on command. He has great, cute personality and loves people!
