Listing Description
We are thinning our flock for the winter and need to rehome our 6 ducks. Purchased in May as chicks from Metzer Farms. 7 months old. 1 Pekin Drake, 1 Pekin hen. Our plan was to incubate their eggs for meat birds. Have not had the time. Good looking pair of Pekin’s. 3 hybrid Khaki Campbell’s that Metzer called Golden 300 hybrid. They lay anywhere from 230-290 eggs a year and we have seen nothing to change that estimate. Consistent layers. Get at the minimum 3 eggs from these 3 hens each day alone. Also 1 chocolate runner hen. She’s fast and great forager. All raised on pasture and diet supplemented with purina flock raiser grain. Sleep in barn with our chickens. Hoping to get $100 for all 6 and must take all. Willing to negotiate on price.
