Price is negotiable. Quigley is an adult, male citron crested cockatoo. He is seen regularly by a groomer for his talons, beak & feathers. He is kind and loving. He has some words but they are spoken softly. He currently shares a spare bedroom with an african gray parrot who is not too fond of him, but he wants to be the parrots best friend. We have 3 dogs and the 2 birds and it is getting to be too much and that is why we are letting him go to a good home.
