Sweet, Affectionate, Playful Cuddler who loves to be near her person. She takes to training exceptionally well, and has already learned so much being with me for only a week.

So far, she has learned:

Crate trained in 4 hour incraments (the longest recommended for a puppy her age).

The training methods I have used are positive reinforcement and food reward-based from the online puppy school Baxter & Bella.

She loves to learn and play and is doing well with self-soothing during downtime, with the crate, and also on a daybed while I work, depending on her energy that day and how much outside time we've had. She could be with someone who works full time if there is someone to let her out of her crate to stretch, potty and play every 4 hours minimum.

She loves to cuddle in the evenings after she's had enough outings and activities. We have been working on socialization, getting her plenty of exposure before the 16-week mark, which is recommended by trainers. She's doing great in a mesh carrier in the car, and meeting people is getting easier with the aid of some stringed cheese and beef hotdogs as higher rewards than her freeze-dried raw food, which she also loves to train with for everything else.

She would do best with someone able-bodied who can give her the time and attention she needs. She will bond deeply with one person, and could bond even more with a couple or family. Someone athletic would love her, or a family with kids, or another young dog or puppy to play with as well. She came from a big family with kids, with both her parents still there and litter mates who have all found homes.

You're probably wondering why on earth I'd be letting this little girl go after investing so much in her.

Unfortunately, I am too disabled to be able to care for her adequately without injury to myself. The breeder couldn't have known her temperament with one single person. She needs at least 1.5 hours of training/play per day, broken up before 3 meals, and ample crate time to calm down (up to 8 hours a day, broken up to never more than 4 hours at a time, as recommended by our trainer). A puppy is too high demand for my low energy with chronic pain, which I could not have known before having the experience.

Fortunately for her, she is still young enough to learn a new name, and bond with her furever human(s). She has learned a lot with me and is a great position to find her new loving home.

Here is her potty schedule:

She can hold it for 3-4 hour increments during the day, and 8-9 hours in a crate at night. She still needs to go out frequently while active during the day, every 2-3 hours, as she is still a puppy.

She comes with any supplies you could need, including a crate she loves with a cuddle puppy toy that helps her stay calm, collar, harness and leashes, her favorite toys, feeding games and bowls, a one-gallon continuous water dispenser, her favorite chews, treats, and food (which you could transition to other foods if you preferred), Rabies tag, vet and breeding paperwork.

Puppies are not recommended to touch the ground with their paws in places where many dogs have been until they are fully vaccinated, which happens at 16 weeks. I've been carrying her and using a pet stroller to be sure she gets enough socialization and exposure before then.

She has a vet appointment next week to get her final shots for being fully vaxed and able to finally go anywhere on foot!

She is also registered at the American Kennel Club (AKC) and will be microchipped in their system when she gets her last shots, so she will always be easy to find if ever lost.

The combination of her exceptional breeding lines and great health means she will be a strong and wonderful companion for years to come.

A promising treatment that has been made available to me that could improve my quality of life exponentially. I will have to travel for treatments, however, which is another reason finding this girl a stable home will be extremely helpful at this time.
