I breed Caucasian Ovcharka working dogs. I have dogs doing well in detection and protection work. Some go to farm and ranch work. I get a few that are pet quality. If you are looking for a pet quality I want you to seriously analyze why you want a working dog as a pet. Even pet quality Ovcharka working dogs are very much working dogs. They will be wary of anyone they don't know, and they can still be a fierce guardian. That is the nature of the breed. Same as a lab wants to hunt ducks they want to guard. Caucasian Ovcharka working dogs are fiercely loyal to those people or animals who are in it's flock. They will protect everything they consider to be in their care. They can be friends with cats, birds, really anything as long as they learn young.
