I've raised dogs for 53 years. I am a New England farmer living near Cape Cod. Most people don't know that a bitch can be bred to multiple males under one pregnancy. This is what we have here. I have some beautiful puppies coming soon (ETA March 1st.) I have hand-picked the parents and they are awesome. These are not purebred dogs and are very healthy. They make a fantastic family pet. They are not hostile at all. This litter has two fathers, one is a small Sheppard-Husky mix, and the other a robust Staffordshire Terrier. Momma is a Husky/Austrailan Sheppard/ Collie mix. These dogs need lots of free space to run. They are vocal, ie, they are "talkers." If you don't give them what they want, you will hear about it, like a child complaining to their mom. Mine will take your hand and drag you over to what they want. It is hysterical. They are very intelligent and very sensitive, so you must not be heavy-handed against them. Hitting this breed does not work at all. It terrifies them and does not achieve the desired result. They are easily house-trained and very curious. They love leather bones. This is a must. They love to swim, a lot even in winter. They will stick by your side always if trained right. Mine don't wear collars or leashes. It makes handling them easy. The best environment for these babies is with people or other dogs of all ages. A coolier envirement is best. They do not like to be lonely. You must walk them as much as possible. They may not like the big city. They are excellent lap dogs because although they appear medium-tall, they are very frail and light-boned. These dogs love children and understand English to a high degree. Above all things, they are very handsome and tri-colored. My female is a ginger with tan and brown highlights. The dads are pure black and tan. They are good watchdogs, as well. I hope to hear from you soon. Give me a call and I will send a video of these beauties.
